50% of your service total is due at time of booking and will be deducted from your total on the day your service is rendered. The remainder will be due upon completion of services rendered.
If you need to reschedule appointment we ask that you reschedule at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment. Deposit will be carried over to new appointment 1 time. Multiple rescheduling of appointment will result in loss of deposit.
Failure to cancel within 24 hours of appointment or no call/no show will result in deposit being forfeited. You may reschedule appointment once. Multiple rescheduled appointments may result in full payment being required at time of booking or termination of booking ability.

Arriving late may require the appointment to be rescheduled to maintain scheduling. After 10 minutes with no notice, there will be a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled.

Returns will only be accepted on unopened products and must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
