Service Description

By video call, your Acne Expert will assess your skin’s unique needs and acne type to determine a customized skincare plan. This introduction to your clear skin journey will equip you with the knowledge you will need to get and stay clear. Products purchased separately. For clients that have never been to the Face Reality Acne Clinic and former clients that have not been seen by an esthetician at in the last year (reevaluation required) NOTE: This appointment is booked Eastern Standard Time APPROX. 60 MINUTES

Cancellation Policy

Deposit 50% of your service total is due at time of booking and will be deducted from your total on the day your service is rendered. The remainder will be due upon completion of services rendered. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule appointment we ask that you reschedule at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment. Deposit will be carried over to new appointment 1 time. Multiple rescheduling of appointment will result in loss of deposit. Cancellations Failure to cancel within 24 hours of appointment or no call/no show will result in deposit being forfeited. You may reschedule appointment once. Multiple rescheduled appointments may result in full payment being required at time of booking or termination of booking ability. Arrival Please Arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Lateness Arriving late may require the appointment to be rescheduled to maintain scheduling. After 10 minutes with no notice, there will be a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled.
